Surviving the credit crunch. In our current financial situation (November 08), with apparently global recession looming, there seems to be a big focusing of attention on how to streamline and save money.
You cannot pick up a newspaper or turn on a television set without seeing an article or program on how you can save money and survive this “credit crunch”.
Avoid the recession
Well to me this just seems to be inappropriate. By asking how can I save money you are asking the wrong question and only adding to the problem. Here’s the thing, recession is caused by a slow down in spending, and now you are essentially asking the question how can I contribute to this slow down, how can I spend less? Would not a far better question be how can I make more money? If you make more, you can spend more, not only does this help you, it helps the economy also.
Keep in mind the fact that the mind always finds what it seeks. If you seek ways to save, you will indeed save, and you will survive. If you seek ways to earn more, you will find a way to earn more and you will thrive. Would you rather survive, or would you rather thrive? Distance yourself from the noise of the media and separate yourself from the hysteria that is currently sweeping the globe. Calm yourself and look for the opportunity that is all around.
Now would be a great time to seek out sources of
passive income
or start a home business. It doesn’t have to be expensive, many millionaires started from home with little or no money. Focus your attention on growth and growth is what you will experience. Many fortunes were made during the depression of the 1930’s, the same will be true during this time, get in on it.
Keep optimistic, stay enthusiastic and view present times as a time of great opportunity and you will come out of this a massive winner. Good luck everybody in surviving the credit crunch, or should I say thriving the credit crunch!!
